ABOUT US...
Born in 2012, Settle Brewery has been using traditional methods to create award-winning cask ales in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Settle Brewery sits directly alongside the famous Settle – Carlisle Railway Line in Settle, North Yorkshire; we are regularly treated to the likes of The Flying Scotsman thundering past as we are brewing some of Yorkshire's finest ales.
Working alongside the seasons and local producers allows us to brew a full range of quality ales which our customers have been enjoying for over a decade.
Our diverse selection of seven core cask ales are available all year round and provide something for all. Be sure to look out for our seasonal specials which rotate every other month!
CASK BEER

Jericho Blonde
3.6% ABV
A light and refreshing ale brewed with Cascade hops. Jericho Blonde offers delicate honey notes alongside a subtle floral aroma, finished with a crisp, clean edge.
Ribblehead Bitter
3.8% ABV
This traditional Yorkshire Bitter shines with a rich copper colour and a perfect balance of malty depth and subtle hop flavours — true to the heritage of classic bitters.
Hoffman Gold
4.1% ABV
A flavoursome golden ale with a hint of blackcurrant for a unique twist. Light and refreshing, Hoffman Gold combines fruity notes with a crisp, dry finish.
Attermire Pale - Gluten-Free
4.3% ABV
Now gluten-free! This pale ale boasts vibrant citrusy flavours balanced by earthy undertones. Crafted with premium hops, it’s a refreshing choice for those seeking a classic pale ale experience without the gluten.
Epic IPA
4.4% ABV
Brewed with a blend of English, Slovenian, and US Citra hops, this IPA delivers a bold, refreshing hop character and a satisfying, crisp finish — an epic choice for IPA lovers.
Ernie's Milk Stout
4.5% ABV
Rich and smooth, Ernie’s Milk Stout is infused with roasted coffee and chocolate flavours, finished with a hint of sweetness from milk sugars — a truly indulgent experience.
Old Smithy Porter
4.7% ABV
A robust and creamy porter with deep notes of caramel and coffee. This well-rounded ale is light on hops, allowing the full-bodied malt to take centre-stage.

Challenger

A true English Pale Ale, Challenger is crafted with premium English hops for a crisp, refreshing taste. Brimming with classic flavours, it’s a tribute to traditional English brewing.
NS Amber Ale
3.7% ABV
Brought back for a limited run - this Amber ale is rich and malty with fragrant hops, hints of citrus and a spicy nose.
